Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with ChatDesk service, we would refund the money for the payment made for the usage of last 30 days of ChatDesk usage provided- you have informed us about your issues at least once via phone or email or issue reporting in the last one month.

Refund Process
Once you ask us for a refund, we would issue it within 30 days provided that you refund request satisfies the above one condition.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Unfortunately we can not refund money if you put a refund request post 30 days of billing.
